Based on the popular American ‘everything’ bagel seasoning, this blend is the very definition of moreish. In a bagel shop in New York City, we were asked if we wanted 'everything' seasoning on our bagel. We said yes and things have never been the same since. This seasoning is a vibrant mix of sesame, poppy seeds, garlic, onion, red chillies and, of course, Pure Sea Salt. It's gently warming but not hot. For best results, toast it in a dry frying pan until fragrant and then add to:avocado on toast, stir-fried spring greens, a perfect fried egg, hummus. Or add it straight from the jar to your bread or bagel dough for the best crust you can imagine.
